What do we do and how do we do it? We analyze your credit
report and pull out the negative items. These negative
items are listed and available for your review in the
secure client area of our website. They are found by
clicking on the 'My Credit Profile' icon and then the
'Negative Items' icon. We will dispute each of these
negative items based on the reason you select in the
pull down menu next to that item. You also have the
opportunity to prioritize the negative items if there
are certain items you would like disputed earlier or
more vigorously than others.
Once the negative items have been input and you have
had a chance to select a reason and priority for the
dispute, we begin preparing dispute letters to send
to the credit bureaus. We take your priorities into
consideration, make strategic decisions to achieve the
best results, print and mail dispute letters. As soon
as we prepare the dispute letters, a list of the items
disputed and the date of the dispute is displayed in
the secure client area of our website under the 'Disputed
Items' icon. You may periodically review this part of
our website to see when we sent disputes and which items
we have disputed.

After
mailing the dispute letters, we wait for you to receive
and forward responses from the credit bureaus to our
office. We input the information contained in the responses
and prepare new disputes addressing the remaining negative
items. This process continues until you choose to close
your account.
Good Debt and Bad Debt
Good
debt includes anything you need but can't afford to
pay for up front without wiping out cash reserves or
liquidating all your investments. In cases where debt
makes sense, only take loans for which you can afford
